Rebuilding for the Glory of God
When we understand that it’s okay to rebuild…It’s okay to be torn down once in a while. It’s okay to start over.
Because in the process of being rebuilt, we make space to see the success of the Lord like never before. What’s happening right now is a result of obedience—obedience to the process of rebuilding. And through that, we become bigger and better for the Kingdom—not out of greed or ambition, but because God can now work through us in a stronger way.
A rebuilding project gives us a chance to evaluate how things were built… and this time, to build better.
One of our board members used to visit areas devastated by earthquakes and windstorms. After the storms, the people there didn’t just rebuild the same way—they learned to lay a better foundation. That way, when the next storm came, the house would stand.
See, being torn down isn’t always a bad thing. It feels awful. It can feel like death. It feels like everything you built is gone. And honestly, that’s true—everything you built may have fallen. You may have even lost the blueprint.
But here’s the good news:God has a new blueprint. He wants something better. He wants something that can stand.
It’s not bad to be torn down—it’s how you respond to it that matters. It’s not bad to start over—it’s how you start again that counts.
Many of the most successful people in life were torn down 20 times or more before they ever became millionaires or made an impact. Some of the greatest Kingdom builders had to start over multiple times before they were finally building the right thing.
And I believe—we’ve been torn down enough times that God is saying:
“Now, this is a good building we’re building.”
Right now, we might feel like we’re in a valley—but we’re not. We just came through some battles. We are in a place of repairing, of healing, of rebuilding. We are laying down a fresh foundation and building something new. And the best part? We’re almost done with the first level.
The foundation was always there—God has never left us—but this new level of direction, this new dimension… it’s almost ready. You may not see it fully yet, but it’s happening behind the scenes.
God is creating a space where we can say:“Yes, Lord. I am obedient. I choose to live in what You are building.”
And that kind of building takes transparency, and yes, sometimes vulnerability.
I’ll be honest—vulnerability is hard for me. I can talk about past experiences all day, but talking about what I’m going through right now? That’s different. And not everyone deserves access to that level of your heart. But God does want us to be transparent. Not with everyone—but with someone. Because there’s someone out there who’s just finished shaking… and they need to hear from someone like you. Someone who's been through what they’re going through.
You are going to be the voice of encouragement, the one who carries hope, the one who reminds them:
“I made it. You can too.”
We are building. And I want to invite you to be part of it more than ever before. The glory of God is resting on this place.
Sometimes we say we’re waiting on the Holy Spirit—but I’m not rushing the process anymore. He’s already shown me the blueprint. If it happens today, then praise God. But I know something’s going to happen soon.
I don’t just hope it—I know it.
And I need you to know it too.
This is a growing season.
And one thing I’ve realized is:We can’t just use Scripture to prove our experiences—we have to use Scripture to create our experiences.
We can’t just live however we want and then go cherry-pick a verse to justify it. That’s called reasoning, and it’s not biblical.
Instead, we need to let the Word shape us so deeply that all our spiritual experiences flow from it.The Word creates. And when we live out of that creative flow, everything changes.
